Hi Patrick,

there is one thing id like to clarify regarding holiday pay..
let say, you are paid monthly, and regardless if you work or not during regular holiday,
you are still paid…how is it being computed? like 200% on top of the regular pay,
or the 200% includes your regular pay for that day.

Example: I worked last Aug 31 and i am entitled of 200% additional pay.
My daily rate is 500.
Should i received 500 only for holiday or 1000? Does my payslip presented like this:

Basic pay: 7500
Holiday pay (200%) :1000?

Basic pay: 7500
Holiday pay (200%) :500?

I appreciate your response on my inquiries

What will happen if the address was not properly checked? I mean, The address is wrong? The renewing of passport will not be valid?

That’s the company’s decision if they want to give more. It’s not bad to give more than the minimum.

thanks patrick.. somehow its clear na rin.. pero im wondering why other companies giving their employees 15 SL..even some call center they enjoying 15 SL..:D
