I’ve always been interested in writing, be it technical or features, news or literature. I even used to write for the school magazine back in College.
Now, I still write, but in a different venue. It’s all “soft copy” (in a sense). Online. Not much goes on paper these days. Oh, don’t get me wrong, I still do like to write articles that I hope to see published in magazines, newspapers and other similar publications.
I’ve ventured into blogging as early as late 2006, using the different platforms/software available. It was only around May 2007 that I decided to stick to one and start blogging. Serious blogging. I liked what I saw with WordPress and said, “This is it.”
Recently, after over a year of writing, I migrated my WordPress.com blog to a “self-hosted” one.
Now, seeing the opportunity of learning something new and being able to interact with other WordPress bloggers in the Philippines, I decided to see what I could learn from Wordcamp Philippines 2008 and took it upon myself to register for the event.
